LiteCompress is a free image compression tool that runs entirely in your browser. We built it for anyone who needs to quickly reduce photo size without installing Photoshop, without signing up, and without risking personal shots on an unknown server.

When you choose a file, only your browser reads it. Processing runs in a background Web Worker using the Canvas API. You save the result to your device with "Download". No byte of your image is sent to our hosting.

Technology

The project is built with React and Vite and deployed as a static site on a CDN. That keeps pages fast to load and infrastructure costs low — we do not need expensive servers to process files.
